About the project

Web application for tracking construction and operations projects. It computes S-curve, CPI and SPI from the schedule and generates progress reports with AI. Next.js frontend deployed on Vercel. Backend, authentication and authorisation on Supabase. Python Lambda functions process XML exported from Microsoft Project and convert it to JSON. Report generation integrates the OpenAI SDK. Development followed Gitflow and clean architecture with the repository pattern. It is in productive use at an oil sector company whose name is confidential. I hold the licence to the core and the white-label version.
